If you are having problems with Wimba Voice and Voice Boards, please the Setup Wizard when entering the Voice Board area of Blackboard. If the Wizard does not automatically pop up, there should be a link on the right hand side and also near the bottom of the screen. This Wizard will walk you through the steps to ensure that your computer is compatible with Voice Board.
Also be sure to exit all other audio programs, such as YouTube or online radio stations. Having other audio programs open can interfere with Voice Board.
